ORDERS
No, you cannot place an order without creating an account. Do note that account creation is FREE
No, you cannot order below MOQ for each brand. You must follow MOQ, or else you will not be allowed to complete your purchase.Â
Large order discount is available, and will be applied automatically in the cart section.
You must contact us within five days of receiving your items. Any claim afterward will not be entertained. Sometimes, products are renewed and their packing is changed, or they have an additional gift item along. Such cases are not treated as the wrong item.
 In case of damaged items, you have to provide us the pictures of damaged items and outer carton boxes. In general, the damage caused during transit must be claimed directly by the courier. Minor damage like pressed boxes or small scratches to the product boxes will not be entertained since the products are easily sellable.

Yes, you can cancel your order if  you haven’t paid the deposit and your order is not yet up for processing. Once the deposit is made and the order is under processing or it’s ready, you are unable to cancel or refund.
In case of any dispute about products, payment, shipping or others, you must contact us to report and discuss the dispute within 3months of transaction time. Afterward, all transactions are assumed to be settled and any dispute will not be entertained.
PAYMENTS
The following payment options are available as of now:
- Bank Transfer
- Toyyibpay (Online Payment)
We require a 50% deposit for huge bulk order to start processing your order, while the balance + shipping fee when the goods are ready. For small orders, we require 100% payment on checkout. Note, we will not dispatch the goods until 100% payment is made.Â
We accept Ringgit Malaysia(MYR)
You must settle your deposit within 10days or else your order might be deleted. In case of final payment, you must pay within 5days or else warehousing fee based on per carton/day will be charged. If you have any problem with payment, please discuss it with us, and we can accommodate.Â
You are obliged to settle your final payment as soon as possible once the final invoice has been issued. We will store your parcel for 1 weeks without any charge, but afterwards, you have to pay warehousing fees on a daily basis. In the worst case, if you did not pay in 2 months’ time, your goods will be sold at a discounted price and our funds will be redeemed. You will not be able to get any refund.Â

SHIPPING
Yes, you have to shoulder the shipping fee. Shipping fee method is by DFOD (Delivery Fee on Delivery)
The shipping fee is based on the product’s actual weight and is known when you place an order, and your goods are ready/packed and added to the final invoice.
If shipped via air, your parcel shall arrive within nine working days anywhere in the world unless it’s held by customs. Shipping via sea takes a longer time, somewhere between two weeks to one month or more. Â
No! we do not put invoices in the carton rather they are sent via email.
We do very safe, secure, and strong packing for all local and overseas shipments to make sure that the goods arrive with you safe and sound.Â
