Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and payment method is by DFOD(Delivery Fee on Delivery). Estimated delivery times are 4-7 days. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Norcy Beauty Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: Norcy Beauty Lab is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Returns Policy

All products sold through Norcy Beauty Lab Website are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to:

Damaged or Defective Items:
While we do not accept returns, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at admin@norcybeautylab.com. We will require proof of the damage or defect, such as photos, to assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations:
Due to our quick processing times, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting.
